Faile's images create bridges between reality and fiction. The patterns also evolve over the course of creation, their works live a thousand and one lives before being showed to the world. Here the face in the left part appeared late in the creation of the canvas which took several months to make, echoing the "Black Lives Matter" movement. This sketched woman calls for the movement to resonate beyond the borders of the United States. The words "Liberty", "we will not destroy you", "find the truth" - in French in the painting - as much as the colors green and blue which symbolize the universality of the terrestrial globe add to this appeal, giving it a global scale.
