The foliage, treated in light masses punctuated with touches of ochre and pink, appears both dense and evanescent. Vertical drips and material effects add an atmospheric, almost abstract dimension, evoking both rain and the transparency of light. The whole oscillates between figuration and suggestion, creating an impression of a dreamlike and fragile landscape.
