We are [still] here

Petit Palais, Paris

From June 20 to September 20, 2026, the Petit Palais in Paris presents We Are Still Here, the second edition of an exhibition that has become a landmark event for urban art in France.

Following the success of We Are Here in 2024, this new chapter confirms the lasting presence of artists from urban and street art movements within major cultural institutions. Bringing together nearly 200 works in the museum's Salle Concorde, the exhibition offers a broad overview of practices that have shaped the evolution of contemporary urban art over the past several decades.

Through paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs, and works on paper, We Are Still Here highlights artists whose work has transformed the way we perceive public space, contemporary identities, and visual culture.

Danysz Gallery is proud to contribute to the exhibition through loans of works by several artists it has supported throughout their careers, including Faile, Jan Kalab, Mark Jenkins, Miaz Brothers, Miss Van, Saman & Sasan Oskouei, Vhils, and Yseult Digan (YZ).

More than a celebration of institutional recognition, We Are Still Here reflects the vitality and continuing evolution of a movement that emerged from the streets and has become an essential part of contemporary art history. While its roots remain firmly connected to public space and independent creative expression, urban art continues to engage with museums, collectors, and new audiences around the world.

The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to discover significant works in an exceptional setting while reflecting on the remarkable journey of urban art from the margins to the heart of major cultural institutions.
